South County Business Park in Leopardstown is the new home of One Microsoft Way, Microsoft’s new super campus. Microsoft have up until now had their employees spread out around the area but now they can all happily work together.

As you can see from the images above taken by photographer Naoise Culhane the new digs is pretty sweet, I mean just check out that digital lake and waterfall.

HR Director Joanne Morrissey said:

“The whole idea of the building was that it was bringing people together and bringing the growth mindset to life. It’s really about a culture of continuous learning… bringing people together. Whether you’re a site reliability engineer, an AI bot builder, a software engineer or someone working in field sales, operations sales, supporting our customers or partners right across the globe; it all happens here.”

The campus will hold over 2000 employees, there will be a place for everyone and some on the job perks include fire powered pizza ovens and a team of chefs. The new development cost €134 million and you can see where the money has gone.

Wouldn't you like to work here.
