Is it a bird, is it a plane….no its a bird drone made of paper

A Japanese company called LAPIS Semiconductor has demoed the Orizuru drone at a Tokyo trade show. The bird which is modeled on a Crane is put together like origami. The 3D printed drone took months to design and build and is powered by a tiny microchip that handles all the complex calculations for the wings.

The design will be released later for use by anyone who might want to try their hand at printing it.
